		<description>This is such a unique industry. I love hearing about all the little tricks. Back in the day, I know they used to use fake or inedible items like colored shortening to double for ice cream, but it's interesting how now they have to use the real product, but that everything around it can be staged or doctored for the camera.  It's really about the talent for being resourceful and understanding how the camera translates information -- food stylists are like MacGyvers!</description>
